Following the success and ongoing expansion of the Loris restaurant brand, Loris Gourmet a specialist market, bakery and restaurant concept was designed and launched in 2021. The flagship Loris Gourmet in Beirut’s Rabieh neighbourhood is 1000 square meters with a dedicated bakery based around two custom built traditional ovens, a delicatessen, fresh and frozen product market, wine & spirit unit and a 180 seater restaurant with outdoor terrace and a view to the sea.
The collective expertise of the partners and staff ensure the products available in Loris Gourmet are of the highest quality and with defined provenance. We work with generational olive oil farmers, small batch cheesemakers, artisanal chocolatiers, leading wineries, traditional spice merchants, traditional mouneh specialists and patisserie masters to ensure our customers and diners have the best the Lebanese and wider Levant region has to offer.
